Your have the right to access and control your protected health information, which is information about you, including demographic information, that may identify you and that relates to your past, present or future physical or mental health condition and related health care services.
Text messages. If you agree to receive texts from your equipment provider, we text the mobile number you gave about your supplies and orders, such as a reminder that supplies are due and a confirmation of your reply. We collect your mobile number, your consent and the date you gave it, and the messages sent and received. Reply STOP at any time to end texts, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell your mobile number. Text messaging consent and mobile numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share them only with the service providers that deliver our messages, under contracts that bind them to the protections in this policy.
Email. We email patients and provider staff about orders, accounts, and service notices. Provider newsletters include an unsubscribe link, and we honor it.
Fax. We send and receive faxes for equipment providers, for example a request to a physician's office for a signature or a record. Faxes carry health information and a confidentiality notice. If you receive a fax in error, tell the sender named on the cover sheet and destroy it.
Phone calls. Your equipment provider may call you about an order. Tell your provider if you do not want calls.
Data Sharing and No-Transfer Commitment Your data will not be transferred to external organizations. This includes consumer data, SMS consent, and phone numbers.
We do not sell, rent, or share consumer data, including SMS consent and phone numbers, with third parties.
Limited access to data may be provided only to strictly necessary service providers that process information on our behalf. These providers may use the data solely to perform services for us and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
